Junior Achievement of Armenia is pleased to announce for the 4th year in a row, a grant award for the HSBC Global Initiative by HSBC Holdings plc and JA Worldwide® .

Forty-one JA operations around the world were awarded funding for JA More than Money® programs and JA Armenia is  proud for being among those selected.

In June of 2008, HSBC and Junior Achievement launched a $5.5 million, four-year global program to teach children how to manage their money responsibly.  HSBC’s JA More than Money initiative is a global expansion of Junior Achievement’s successful financial literacy curriculum aimed at children aged 7 to 11. HSBC volunteers use their financial experience and knowledge to influence students as they build on HSBC’s commitment to financial education and its support for JA.

it is expected that JAA will engage 12 HSBC volunteers and reach 1,500 students with JA More than Money programming.

Year 4 HSBC Global Initiative implementing period is January 2012 – June, 2012.
